Sharpham Park produce UK grown, organic spelt.

Founded in 2005 by Roger Saul, of Mulberry fashion fame, Sharpham Park is an organic food farm near Glastonbury in Somerset, which specialises in growing and milling spelt, a nutritious and healthy ancient grain.

Unlike common wheat, natural spelt has not been hybridised or chemically altered, and it remains as simple and hardy as it was when it was first introduced 7000 years ago! British spelt is delicious, nutritious, and easy to digest, making it a fantastic alternative to conventional grains.

Why do we love Sharpham Park?

Because they're all about sustainability, and good honest food.
Sharpham ParkSharpham Park is an organic mixed economy park, tailored to today’s modern world. They employ a system of organic crop rotation to replenish the soil without the need for pesticides and fertilisers and also farm rare breed White Park cattle, Red deer and sheep, who help fertilize the park. Hooray for common sense!

They also run The Wyvern Club to teach kids about growing fruit and veg, natural food, cooking and the environment. Plus they give away free cereals :)
